Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery Options: We offer reliable delivery through trusted livestock transport services to ensure your mini cow arrives safely and comfortably. Delivery costs and timelines vary based on distance, location, and logistics.

• Pickup Option: Buyers are welcome to arrange direct pickup from our farm by appointment, giving you the opportunity to meet your mini cow before taking them home.

• Pre-Delivery Health Check: Every mini cow is carefully inspected and provided with necessary health checks prior to leaving the farm to ensure they are in good health.

Deposits & Order Confirmation

• Deposits: A deposit is required to reserve your mini cow. Deposits are refundable if you change your mind prior to delivery.

• Order Confirmation: Full payment confirms your order and begins the process of preparing your mini cow for delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of live animals, all sales are generally final, but we aim to act fairly in cases of health concerns:

1. Health-Related Refunds or Replacements:

   • If a verifiable health issue existed prior to delivery, we may consider a refund or replacement.

   • Buyers must provide written confirmation from a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving the animal.

   • Upon approval, a replacement mini cow or a full refund may be issued at our discretion.

2. Order Cancellations:

   • Cancellations after placing a deposit may result in a partial refund of the deposit, depending on timing and circumstances.

   • If full payment has been made and the order is canceled before delivery, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.

Buyer Responsibilities

• We strongly advise that all buyers are fully prepared with proper shelter, fencing, feed, and care for their mini cow prior to purchase.

• Ownership and responsibility for the mini cow transfer immediately upon delivery or pickup, making preparation essential for the safety and well-being of the animal.
